The Honey Dewdrops
"The Honey Dewdrops fill their fifth album with heart, and their sincere, stripped-down songwriting is just the kind of music we need more of. This music is sweet to the ears, easy on the heart, and will stick in your mind for some time to come."

About The Event
Returning to the UK following a successful UK debut tour in early 2019 which included Celtic Connections, The Honey Dewdrops are steeped in old-time Americana, folk and bluegrass. Occasionally compared to Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, the Dewdrops have their own unique sound and manage to beautifully encompass both traditional and modern. Hailing from Virginia and now based in Baltimore, Laura Wortman and Kagey Parrish have been touring full time for over 10 years. With a versatile musical set-up that includes acoustic guitars, clawhammer banjo and mandolin, they treat listeners to a raft of memorable, beautifully performed songs, with exceptional harmony vocals. The Honey Dewdrops have released five acclaimed albums to date, including 2019’s Anyone Can See which met with widespread praise.
